Because several members in the group doesn't forward the circuits, 2 actions will be taken:

All NEW MEMBERS are required to send a complete MINT stamp set of 5 EURO facial value to the MODERATOR as a proof of intention.

All OLD MEMBERS should email MODERATOR to state that they wish to remain in the group.

Failing to do so and your name will be excluded from the circuit lists.

1st circuit reaching the moderator



Circuit No. 3

Mailed on September 2006. Arrived on January 2007.

Travelled to: USA, Spain, Portugal and Philippines.

Above you can see an image of the cover that was received by the moderator of the circuit. It has 2 stamps from Philippines from a s/s with 3 stamps featuring the first Filipinos who have made it to the top of the world's highest mountain - Mt. Everest!
