Because several members in the group doesn't forward the circuits, 2 actions will be taken:

All NEW MEMBERS are required to send a complete MINT stamp set of 5 EURO facial value to the MODERATOR as a proof of intention.

All OLD MEMBERS should email MODERATOR to state that they wish to remain in the group.

Failing to do so and your name will be excluded from the circuit lists.
